    Responsibilities

    Responsible for development, implementation and coordination of a physical therapy program to provide screening, evaluation and treatment of patient of all ages.

    Qualifications

    Minimum Education: Completion of an approved four-to-six year college program in physical therapy.

    Minimum Experience: New graduate.

    Required Certification/Registration:
    Current NYS licensed with NYS Education Department Office of the Professions or eligible for NYS licensure with a limited permit.
    Current BLS preferred.

    Physical Requirements: Walks, stands, sits, frequent moderate to heavy lifting.

    Working Conditions: Inside facility & grounds, community outings, home visits.
