    Responsibilities

    The Site Supervisor is a management representative for their direct medical practice office, as well as Health Quest Practice Management. They are required to optimize patient care and direct and assist the clerical staff in their daily work processes. In addition, they will direct the clinical staff to ensure continuity of care in the treatment of patients. The Site Supervisor will possess professional leadership skills in delegation, organization and coordination. In addition, he/she must have problem identification, resolution skills and sound decision-making capabilities. They work with the clerical and clinical staff, physicians, advanced practitioners and Director in the coordination of staff, equipment, and resources to facilitate smooth daily operational flow.

    Qualifications

    Associate degree preferred.
    Knowledge of practice management software (eCW preferred).
    2 years supervisory experience in medical practice management required.
