    Responsibilities

    RN Supervises resident care and nursing activities on three skilled nursing units, including staffing, employee evaluation, and compliance with rules and regulations. Participates in staff development/education, quality assurance monitoring, and functions as a clinical resource

    Qualifications

    Graduate of an accredited school of nursing. Associates degree required.

    Currently licensed and registered in NYS as a registered professional nurse.

    Minimum of three years experience in geriatrics or med/surg nursing. (CNA, PCT, LPN, RN)

    Two years management or supervisory experience.

    Excellent interpersonal skills and leadership ability. Knowledge of federal, state, and local regulations. Knowledge of MDs, PRI’s and computers preferred.
