    he Assistant Nursing Manager will coordinate day to day clinical activities on the unit under the direction of the Director of Emergency Services. This position will be responsible for facilitating team communication and functioning for optimum delivery of patient care.


    Education and Experience Requirements:
    • Nursing Diploma, Graduate of an accredited school of nursing (B.S.N), or equivalent experience.
    • Minimum of five (5) years clinical hospital care experience.
    • Prior charge nurse experience.

    Minimum Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Requirements:
    • Strong clinical knowledge and skills.
    • Ability to effectively delegate and communicate.
    • Demonstrated supervisory skills and experience motivating staff.

    License, Registration, or Certification Requirements:
    • Current New York State Registered Nurse (RN) license.
    • Basic Life Support (BLS) certified.
    • ACLS

    Full-Time Evenings - Four 10 hour shifts
